About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge data visualizations and analytics solutions using MicroStrategy, collaborating with stakeholders to transform business needs into technical solutions.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of accurate and insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive and visually engaging dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using MicroStrategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Optimize data queries for efficient retrieval and processing, ensuring top-notch performance.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on MicroStrategy functionalities.
• Work alongside the BI team to improve data governance, data quality, and data security.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer with a portfolio showcasing dashboards and report designs.
• Familiarity with Snowflake Data Warehouse architecture and integration with MicroStrategy.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex queries.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in MicroStrategy for creating complex visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
