About the Role: Software Engineer (Salesforce)
As a Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Salesforce initiatives within PhonePe. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and maintainability.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and process builders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Process Builder, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges creatively.
- Understanding of Scrum/Kanban Agile SDLC methodology.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
