Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in onboarding and managing partner accounts in your territory. Your goal is to strengthen relationships, optimize restaurant listings, and drive business growth. You’ll be responsible for managing 70-80 partner accounts and generating a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of 80-90 lacs per month. Targets will be aligned based on market segmentation into India 1 and India 2 regions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Partner Relationship Management
- Onboarding New Partners: Explain Swiggy Dineout requirements to partners and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless onboarding experience.
- Periodic Engagement: Regularly meet existing partners to ensure Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content is accurate and visually appealing.
- Presenting Dineout Benefits: Deliver compelling presentations on Dineout plans and promotions, ensuring month-on-month growth for restaurant partners.
- Growth Activities Execution: Align on offers, marketing operations, and promotional events to maximize ROI for partners.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve diner payout issues to ensure seamless transactions between customers and restaurants.
- Customized Growth Plans: Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies while gathering competitor insights to stay ahead in the market.
2. Data Interpretation & Business Performance Management
- Data Analysis: Extract relevant data from dashboards and communicate performance metrics to partners.
- Competitor Insights: Observe and document partner investments in competitor platforms, analyzing their discounts, commissions, and marketing spends.
- Strategic Investment Planning: Highlight gains and benefits to ensure partner investments in Swiggy are at par or higher than competitors.

- Finance: For resolving payout issues, GST queries, and other financial concerns.
