Responsibilities
As a Junior Designer at Nagarro, your primary responsibilities include:
1. Design Collaboration
- Work closely with the Business Excellence & Transformation Consulting Team to create impactful communication and marketing materials.
- Participate in team meetings to understand the purpose and goals of design projects.
- Propose optimizations and creative approaches to enhance communication strategies.
2. Creative Presentations
- Develop compelling layouts, graphics, and designs for PowerPoint presentations and client pitches.
- Structure and design responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
3. Internal Platforms
- Maintain and update internal SharePoint platforms with fresh and engaging designs for sections and news articles.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and communication guidelines.
4. Marketing Material Development
- Create innovative marketing materials in close collaboration with the Global Go2Market team.
- Design and execute promotional assets for internal and external campaign
